There was nothing I didn't like about them. She seemed knowledgeable in their area. The reason we decided not to go that way is because their were two and a half acre plots and everyone had to drill their own well and put in their own scepter tank on the land.

Awesome! Being a first time home buyer I was really nervous and didn't know what I was getting into. Amy was very calm, knowledgable and helpful. I wasn't really in the market to buy when I stumbled onto a house I liked. Given the tax credit incentive I had only played with the idea of becoming a homebuyer, I was too nervous and naive. I never thought I could buy a home. That;s when I met Amy; she was the selling agent for the house I wanted. She was a god-sent! She walked me through the entire process from making an offer, to getting me financing approved, to home inspection, appraisal, negotiations and she even sat with me at the closing table. Even though she was both my agent and the seller's agent I never felt like she didn't have my best interest in mind. She was amazing when educating me on how to negotiate my offer and what it meant to be a "home owner." I don't think I would have decided to actually become a home-owner if Amy wasn't there to guide me. Amy was always available to meet with me in person and always returned my calls promptly (even late at night and on weekends; not a quality I have seen in many other local agents). I will have her sell this house if I ever choose to move and will, hands down, use her has my agent again to buy. I would highly recommend using Amy as your agent when buying or seling your home. The home I bought was represented by her as well. The sellers seemed very happy with her services. The quality of the photos, virtual tour and flier of this home were what drew me in to take a tour in the first place.
