Alf rearranged his day to be able to come give me an quote for the work needed not long after I called him. He gave options on equipment used but recommended what would be best. He did the work on the days chosen and finished on time. He left the site looking better than it did to begin with! I wouldn't hesitate to not only use Alf and Sons again but to recommend them to my friends.

My experience was good. They took care while blowing out the lines not to put too much pressure which would blow out our sprinkler heads like previous companies had done. I think there was some miscommunication between the owner and the guys that were doing the work. It was getting late and my husband called them to find out when they were going to come and there was miscommunication about doing our job. The owners came after they ended and he made sure that it was done.

After I made the initial call, they came out that same day and checked out every sprinkler with me.



They made recommendations in replacing sprinklers and relocating sprinklers to



improve coverage. I made my decision on what I wanted done based on their



recommendations. They sent me an estimate two days later. I thought the price



was fair and agreed to pay the fee. They needed to replace more sprinklers than



estimated but I paid $50 less than the estimate. They found less sprinklers



needed relocated and the fee was adjusted down. So, I ended up with more



sprinklers replaced than estimated and my cost was less. They are very honest



and fair. Everything looks good and operates perfectly. I will definitely call



them again. They also blow out sprinklers in the fall, and I will ask them back



to perform that task.
