Description of Work: This was the contractor for our development, and they installed the plumbing for our unit in 2007. The water main was installed BENEATH the driveway, and the piping they used was later recalled. In October 2015, the water main sprang a leak, so we called them to find it and fix it. They subontracted a leak detection firm from Spokane to find the leak, and then dug what wound up being a huge hole under our driveway because the detection firm did NOT find the leak. They repaired the leak and put pilings under the driveway to keep it from collapsing, but it took them until JANUARY to come back and fill in the hole. They took a layer of remaining dirt over to a hole near our property, but they didn't do any sweeping or cleaning. We were left with a filthy driveway and had to hire someone to clean it up. They billed us in full for all repairs, the leak detection service, and filling the hole. Their attitude was, "Hey, we have more important work to do, and pay us for everything, even though our original installation was clearly a huge mistake."

Arrow plumbing was responsive. They showed up on time and did the job well. They didn't fully clean up. They went through the wall in the garage to access the hose bib. They put an access panel on the hole in the drywall and left a lot of dry wall dust all over the working area (not a huge deal, especially since it was in the garage). Overall they did an okay job, the technician was nice and professional. I wasn't very happy with the cost though. He was there a total of ~20 minutes and replaced a $30 part and it cost me almost $400.
Description of Work: Replaced hose bib.

The plumber arrived a little later than expected. However, the work performed was very quick and very professional. The price paid ($152) was more than I expected to pay for 5 minutes of labor plus a valve. However, I understand the plumber had to drive quite a ways from his prior job.
Description of Work: We had a saddle valve for the refrigerator icemaker replaced with a ball valve.

A complete fiasco, as described above.
Description of Work: Installed wrong shower valve into the wall. Had to remove the tiles to replace it. Couldn't figure out how to turn the water on/off (!!! a plumber!!!), had to come myself from work to show him. Didn't take any responsibility for the fiasco, the seller of the valve and the tile folks were kind enough to make me whole, not these guys.

The plumber arrived on time. He plumbed in hot and cold water for a second washing machine, however they are not level with each other on the wall. He did not tie the drain from the 1st washing machine into the main plumbing system, but left it draining into the utility sink. It seems it would have taken a simple T-piece. He left a puddle of black water on the floor and debris of pipe pieces behind. The charge for this was $480 and he was on the property about an hour.
Description of Work: First I used him to inspect an older house I was looking to purchase. He was on the property maybe 30 minutes and charged me $151. He was recommended to me by a long-time contractor, so when I was ready to add plumbing for a second washer in my basement I called him again. He was also suppose to remove the washing machine drain from a hose draped inside the sink and integrate it into the plumbing system.

I called Aarrow plumbing because they were the first entry in the phone book. I got an immediate appointment and the plumber arrived exactly on time. After working on the faucet, the plumber advised me that he had broken it and advised me to but a new faucet since it no longer worked. He would sell me a new faucet for $480 and $140 installation. He was right the stem was broken off. After examining the water softener he declined to repair it because it was old. He offered me a new water softener for $1800 or a salt free unit for $3950. I knew I could buy a replacement unit from Sears for $600. I called Sears and they suggested a technique using hot water and it worked, Total cost , 2 gallons of hot water to repair the water softener. I am buying a new faucet but not from Aarrow. They are readily available over the internet at discount prices.
Description of Work: We had two bathroom faucets leaking and the water softener was not working. The salt in the water softener had compacted and formed a bridge so that the pellets could not drop into the brine.
