Sitani and his team are hard working and did a fantastic job extending our concrete patio. they showed up on time, and did everything that Sitani said would be done. Sitani is trust worthy. Workmanship is high quality. They compacted gravel, suspended the rebar, and built forms and formed the concrete--these guys are professional. they cleaned up after themselves when the project was done. I highly recommend Sitani and Team. I am lucky to have met Sitani!

Stan and his team were excellent. The weather didn’t make it easy for them to instal a 16x44 concrete patio but they got it done in no time and it looks magnificent. Very good team.

Luckily, I fit in to their schedule... I needed a 1/4 of my driveway (11x14), and a section of my side walk (5x9) replaced. Tree roots had raised the edge making it a dangerous situation. Lenny, from Rainier Construction arrived on time at 10 AM. I agreed with the estimate. A crew of 4 showed up at noon. They busted up and hauled away the damaged sections, and then prepped, compacted, and formed the areas. They came back the next day, poured the concrete and finished the job! 2 days from estimate to finish! Very happy with crew and end product!

Stanley was easy to work with. Super job putting a large 20x20 exposed agragate patio in a large lawn. Then installed a firepit. I enjoyed working with him, I like to be a bit hands on. It came out lovely. A very good experience. I have a feeling I will be seeing him for other projects. Too bad I couldn't post a picture.

Stan did a great job with our patio (20 x25). He job blended our existing walkway into the new patio. Stan completed the job in the time he quoted.

When you start a project, there is usually the usual doubts and questions â Will the contractor complete the work? Will they show up on time? Will the contractor do a high quality professional job? Will I be pleased and happy with the finished project? The answer to all these questions is YES when we are talking about the work the Stan and Rainner Construction did for us. He completed the work the work on time, on bid, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work he did. Stan replaced a concrete patio, built a concrete porch and stairs and tied together the new concrete work with the existing sidewalks and fireplace. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Stan a 10 in all phases of the project. I would gladly recommend Stan to anyone who demands a high quality, on time and professional job. I would gladly hire him to do additional work for me. I recommend Stan without reservation.

Completed the 10x8 concrete brick patio and I'm totally satisfied with the end result. Friendly and goes about his business in a deliberate and religious manner. Stanley arrived timely on both days and would hire him again in future projects.

Stan and his team were excellent. He even bought top soil to fill the gap between the lawn and the rounds that edge the driveway. Then on his last day here he picked up all my branches that had been clipped before the job even started and got rid of them for me. I will definitely give Stan the opportunity to bid on any other projects I need done.

Fantastic. His team was amazing. I am so ecstatic over how Stan and his team restored my entry stairs to my home. Amazing how they where transformed from eroding concrete to brand new with new rails. Just so amazing on the transformation. Hire Stan company if you need concrete reparations and he is affordable.
