The inspector discovered a sad looking situation in the crawl space of our home and it needed to be remedied before our house could be sold. PNW was called and André suited up and checked it out for himself. He gave us a complete and fair estimate which we went with. The clean-out and installation was completed in 2 days. The crew worked in a very clean manner ... not to disturb the beauty of our remodeled and staged for sale home. We would certainly use them again!

Excellent job! PNW Insulation installed insulation in our 600 sf out building. There are high ceilings and they were quick, efficient and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulatiton.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Inspector came out and did a FREE estimate on our home we are building out in Cle Elum. Their whole team were super friendly AND knowledgeable. We are so excited to be able to enjoy the pros of spray foam in our home, especially in the summer and winter. Their guys worked hard and did a great job at it, we will be working with them again on any future projects.

Two problems: 1. I received a second reminder to provide my credit card # before work. I had already done this. I had to take extra time to call them and confirm they already had my #. 2. I paid an extra $370 for 10 mill ground vapor barrier versus the normal 6 mil. I asked the installers three times whether they had the necessary 10 mil and the answer was yes. I confronted them at the end by noting they had only boxes labelled 6mil. They then admitted the error and we agreed they would add another 6 mil layer. Very unsettling - unless I had inspected the boxes I would have paid this rather large extra amount. General: looks like bad coordination between office (billing) and installers (stocking the installation truck).

Great job! The project of getting spray foam insulation installed under our house went exceptionally well, from start to finish. I had several jobs done with PNW Insulation. They were on time and on budget. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed to the best possible quality. The spray foam application was clean and efficient. The batted insulation was also installed well with no gaps or fillers and the crew left the project clean and tidy. Ruben came out to take a look at the project before starting and gave a very complete bid and walked the project to completion with crew check ins and quality control through the whole process. They are my go to Insulation company for my personal home and my projects as a general contractor.

2 guys showed up on time and cleaned out underneath my mobile home . It took them 3 hours and it was clean under there . It smelled better inside too. 2 days later 2 others guys showed up and sprayed the floor . It took them about 4 hours and now it stays warm in here and the heater doesnt come on as much . They did an excellent job . Thank you for the good work .

I hired , after in-depth researching , this company to do close sell, blown in insulation to include fiberglass bats for a detached garage and a single-story home of which I had the substantial Crawlspace also insulated. You need not look any further. This was the most excellent service and install for a fair price as well. Their equipment is top notch, clean, and new and when they showed up to the site with the first team, which was the insulation team with a very expensive Foam pump they went right to work did an incredible job cleaned up behind themselves were very organized, and then the second team came in with the fiberglass bats and the same experience. The follow-through by the manager Andre was better than you can even imagine. He checked all of the work was there on the site for most of it and made sure that anything but I needed it was done at 100%. Iâ ve hired a lot of subcontractors in the most important part is making sure you get someone who is trustworthy, honest and hard-working and Andre and Isaiah and their cruise at PNW insulation. Are these people! They came out to Lopez Island in the San Juan Islands, even though they are based in Pacific Washington, but if you look at their website, they do work all over the state. They showed up on time worked super hard and every single one of their workers were friendly and super hard-working. These two brothers have built their business on trust, hard work and excellence and Iâ m sure thereâ s other companies out there that do a good job as well but these guys are at 100% in my eyes. They did a variety of closed Cell flashing back where you spray 4 inches of closed, sell insulation and then use fiberglass bats on the rest for the Cathedral ceiling they also used a different form to sell in any leaks and weâ re incredibly extensive in their work underneath the house. We have a 12 foot crawlspace that goes down to about 3 feet. That was all close. Cell insulated on the cold concrete walls along with a six mil vapor barrier and fiberglass batts on the floor joists. The entire garage was insulated in the walls and the ceiling and they went above and beyond to make sure any pecks pipes were super well insulated on the outside walls. The prep work was super impressive as they used plastic over all the windows and anything in the new construction that wouldâ ve gotten overspray. They cleaned up 100% and left a beautiful professional space. When theyâ re finished, they donâ t just disappear. You will hear from Andre to check up and make sure everything was done to perfection. Iâ m not kidding and I know construction. This is a great company to doing your work. I noticed through my research that the reviews were very good as well and I was impressed that their price was also very good and competitive. Yet they work the best of the best. Which is why Iâ m taking the time to send a review as I know how important these are. Jeff
