They were kind enough to match another companies lower bid on the condition that they mark our parking when in our neighborhood. This took awhile - mainly due to rain during the Spring. They came after calling the day before and quickly marked our lot. However, during the summer, several lines began to flake off, and we called them back. Again they needed to repair the problem when in our area and did so in July 2013. Now - in August, 2013, we have one number that seems to have worn almost completely away - 5 months after it was applied and in the same area as the first problem. Since I knew it would take awhile to have them consider coming back yet again, I emailed a request for the name of the paint due to yet another problem with the painting they did. There was no offer to check out the problem, but they have given us the name of the paint needed. We'll be doing our own touch-up now! We know this was not a big job for them, but we won't feel comfortable using them again. I think they needed to make good on an area that didn't seem to take the paint - twice - but I didn't ask them the second time due to lack of confidence that it would fix the problem.
