As a home owner with zero experience or expertise in concrete cutting, I expect service providers to provide expertise and guidance. Evergreen doesn't offer that, nor are they willing to fix a mistake unless the customer pays for it. In this case, when the saw-cutter (a great guy, btw) from Evergreen arrived to cut two 4"x14" crawlspace vents in my foundation wall, we had a brief conversation about where to place one of the vents along an 8' lateral span to choose from. He suggested to cut the vent dead-center on a floor-level window, and I said "sure, sounds good". Had we looked inside, we would have noticed that there was an HVAC register right where he cut the hole, so the HVAC duct that terminates at the register completely blocks the newly cut crawlspace vent. But according to the sales guy at Evergreen, it's entirely my responsibility to direct the saw-cutter where to cut. So he was going to charge me an additional $375 (full price) to re-do the cut. And of course, I still have to patch the first hole with concrete.

The two men were very kind and affable. They came and cut the concrete and cleaned up the mess after themselves. They were very professional and I highly recommend them! They quoted me $850 for 12 feet and ended up cutting 13-14ft and still only charged me for 12 feet. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again if we ever needing concrete cutting again. The job was much more dirty and disgusting than anticipated and they handled it with the greatest of ease and kindness.

Evergreen Concrete Cutting is a giant company -- we weren't sure if a little residential project like ours was something they'd be willing to do.  But a giant company also meant all the equipment possibly needed for our job, plenty of workers to get our job done sooner, and a solid company with accountability.  We actually got their name from a friend who'd had them out for a bid, and the Evergreen guys suggested a cheaper option that meant not actually using the company.  That seemed like a good sign to me.
Scheduling was super easy.  Our job was not too small for them.  An estimator came out on schedule and checked out where the trucks would go, where the cuts would be, and sent us a written estimate.  We accepted and scheduled the job.  They were ready almost immediately.  The one slight snag was that I remembered to do the "call before you dig 811" thing (I guess those PSAs worked) and the 811 people needed something like 2 business days to guarantee all utilities would be marked.  Evergreen hadn't called 811, but 811 said it was Evergreen's responsibility.  It meant we had to mark the to-be-cut area in white chalk and move the work date by a few days which was no big deal.  The workers apparently didn't get the message because they showed up on the original work day, but hey, I'd rather they show up unnecessarily than not show up at all, which seems to be more of a problem with contractors than the opposite.
On the day of the job they showed up exactly on time, did the work in a professional and competent manner, had good communication skills, cleaned up fairly well.  We were super excited about what a difference it made in our back yard to remove that horrible hardscaping.
We'd absolutely recommend them and use them again.  We also liked that the workers are paid a union wage and have the training and benefits that go along with being a union shop.

This job required a unique concrete tool, an ICS water-cooled concrete chainsaw, to cut very precise chunks of concrete out of an old foundation. Though the tool was heavy and unwieldy, the tech took the time to achieve what I needed. He worked with me to ensure that the I-beam saddles were the correct dimensions and had perfectly flat bearing surfaces (which took some time and effort). An awkward and uncomfortable job, but well-played overall.
