They installed the wrong part. They didn't know that until later on when it started leaking. The guy came by and took a look at it and said "Well, who ever came here the first time installed this incorrectly." It's no big deal. I am not a furnace guy. I can't give you all the details. All I know is I had water all over the floor. The guy comes in and he says ?Well this is incorrect. Whoever did this did it the wrong way." They charged me for something that didn't work. They flunked quality they put in the wrong piece. I would use the company again, but that particular person, I don't remember who he is or whatever. So, I couldn't tell you if he walked in the door, I would say no I don't want you cause you were here before and you didn't do it the right way.

It was their company that installed the part wrong in the first place. The price was okay. Their responsiveness was good.

They had been coming out to do a yearly service and convinced me to replace two parts and my furnace did not work after this. They came back out after the snow storm and replaced another part and it did not work well after this. It was working fine before they serviced it.

I don?t think he is rated very favorably on Angie?s List, or something like that, but we have always been very happy with him. Their cost was a tad under some of the other bids we had for the furnace. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future, if necessary.

They remind us every year that our service is coming up. They clean and maintenance our furnace. They give us a guarantee that if anything breaks down that they have fixed that year, they will come back and fix it. They are very punctual.

I signed up for Dick's maintenance program when I bought my house in 2000. The deal was that if I had them perform yearly maintenance on my heat and AC for 5 years and a discounted price, then after the 5 years my yearly maintenance would be free for life and repairs would be performed at a discount. GREAT!! So every year I would get a notice that it was time to schedule my maintenance. One year, life was busy and I forgot to call. So a few weeks later I got a notice to say that if I didn't schedule my appointment soon, they would go back to my past services and charge me the difference between the program rate and the regular rate. So I called and scheduled. I stopped getting service notices after a time and I ASSUMED, (my fault) that my 5 years in the program had been met. Life went on and last summer my AC went out. I called them to have someone come out and also mentioned that I wanted to schedule a yearly service. It was then that she informed me that I didn't get my FINAL year service performed so I was released from the program. She asked me if I wanted to re-sign up. I thought I would just pick up where I left off, but she said that I would have to start my whole 5 years all over again. Now here I am 8 months later and my heat is out again. Im not calling Dick's to see whats wrong this time. I'll take my chances somewhere else. The more I think about this, the madder I get. What a racket! You get someone to do 5 years of useless service. Hound them for 4 years to have this service done and then the final year dont contact the customer hoping that they have a life and forget to schedule the final service. What would you do!??

Able to install in requested day. A bit late arriving. Sales rep. here at start to assure plan of installation. Work finished in 1 day. Able to work around problems with duct installation. Came back a week after installation after inquiry about noise of outside vent when furnace on full. Arrived same day as inquiry. Able to solve problem and noise level much better. (Lowered a drainage pipe.) Took advantage of rebates from Trane and PSE.

THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY LET US WATCH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEN EXPLAINED IT. THEY GAVE US TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR HEATING UNIT PROPERLY, AND WHEN IT WOULD BE TIME TO CHANGE IT.

THEY WERE GREAT. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, WORKED DILIGENTLY TO INSTALL THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, AIR CLEANER AND THE THERMOSTAT IN OUR HOME. WE WILL USE THEM IF WE NEED HELP IN THE FUTURE.
