The hardware that Mr. Boss installed were difficult to operate; so much so that my wife could not operate the doorknob at all. I advised Mr. Boss of the problem via email and telephone but he did not return a call for 2 weeks. When he finally called he said he would take care of the problem "soon". But that never happened. Nor did he respond with a bid for the roof on my dog kennel.
