 + -1 moreThe hardware that Mr. Boss installed were difficult to operate; so much so that my wife could not operate the doorknob at all. I advised Mr. Boss of the problem via email and telephone but he did not return a call for 2 weeks. When he finally called he said he would take care of the problem "soon". But that never happened. Nor did he respond with a bid for the roof on my dog kennel.
Description of Work: Boss Construction was contracted to adjust and weatherstrip 3 exterior doors and R/R the latch/lock on one. The doors were not closing properly and were misaligned letting cold air in. I also wanted an estimate for a roof on my dog kennel. Mr Boss examined my kennel and made all necessary measurements and said he would get back to me with a bid within a week or so.
