I am very disappointed on how the service went. I requested them to fix a leakage underneath my sink and my faucet wasn’t working properly. They did it, then I paid for the service. I come to find out that the leakage appears again, I call them to come check it out and they say the pipes was filled with rice and food so they did the service and I paid them. For the 3rd time, we find another leakage so I call them and they say there is a problem with the dishwasher when they come and check it out. Now, I’m upset because all of this back and forth could have been avoided if they did a proper inspection and checked all the pipes, sink, and dishwasher to find all the causes of the leak. I wanted to hire them again to install a water heater but the way important steps were skipped, it’s not worth it for me.

Terrible. Quote jumped higher when they elected to “fix” an incidental find with plumbers tape while trying to locate my leak. They said “technically” they “found and repaired a leak,” to a loose sprinkler head connected to an irrigation line that had no water running through it. Didn’t excavate up to 3 feet like the estimate said they would. Wanted to bring in a 3rd party to explore under my garage slab without evidence to support why a leak would be there. If they had dug to the depth they said they would on the estimate, they would have seen evidence of the leak. All they accomplished in 6 hrs was digging a 16” hole, and putting plumbers tape on a sprinkler head that didn’t even end up holding. They won’t refund my $1500 deposit. Been trying to get them to honor their exceptional service guarantee since December 2022. I ended up doing further digging myself self and found the leak. Had a different plumber actually fix the leak after I found it.

Salesperson was very professional and convinced me to use their service. Company has a money back guarantee listed on their website. Manager Eddie and CEO refused to discount bill as was requested do to our time loss. The best they would do was to discount $200 and never admitted any wrong doing. Work was not completed as they said it would be or in the time they said it would be completed. Took 4 days instead of 4 hours. We ended up having to supervise the work that was being done as they CLEARLY sent a technician that had little experience. They then forged my signature on invoice saying job was completed and wrote on invoice they had permission by phone. BAD!!!!! BEWARE....

They said that they could clear the drain and take care of the roots. Then after clearing the drain they said that another person is in charge of cutting the roots. Saying that I need to call somebody else to cut the roots that's interfering the water line going to the house and pay more. I paid $470.25 for the service that wasn't completed.

I had a drainage block caused by a broken pipe underneath the concrete slab in my basement. I called ARS Rescue rooter and that was my biggest mistake. In their 1st visit, Andrew from ARS was able to unclog the drain pipe for $500 but submitted me a totally wrong diagnosis of the problem. He gave me a $6k estimate for fixing a root intrusion in the drain pipe in my front yard that was totally unrelated to the issue. The drain blockage returned immediately after 3 weeks. Then Chad from ARS did a good job of diagnosing the problem correctly. He submitted me an estimate of 6.5K to dig a 3x3 ft hole in the concrete slab in my basement to investigate the broken pipe and replace it. Ronnie and Robert from ARS did a good job and fixed the plumbing issue in a day. However, they left the 3x3 ft hole in my basement for 3 days. Later another guy, *Jeremiah* from ARS came to fill the concrete hole. He did a shady job of preparing the sub-grade without even compacting it. Knowing very well there is a bit of void under the concrete slab and more crushed stone should be needed. He was ready to pour concrete but when I stepped on the sub-grade, it just disintegrated. He then complained to his office that the customer caused an issue and charged me an extra $600 bucks for it. I just caught him leaving a sink hole under the concrete. Due to time crunch and not wanting a sink hole in the basement I agreed to pay for it. Robert from ARS bought extra bags of rocks to prepare the subgrade and then poured concrete on top. I am still doubtful if they poured the concrete correctly. Stay away from ARS Rescue rooter especially if you see *Jeremiah* come to work! He is dishonest and a liar.

They posted a deal for clearing up main sewer line for $99, but the contractor didn't honor that. He charged me for $335 instead (with my removal of toilet). He said he will run the cable for 100 feet, but the camera shows there are standing water at the 80 feet. He refused to clear that area and told me not to trust the camera instead. The original appointment was set to be 11:30am, but they kept on pushing off the time till 1:30pm instead. I felt I was not treated fairly for the price and the service as well. I won't hire them again.

We called on Sunday morning because of a clogged sink drain. We were aware our plumbing was not ideal (it's an older house where much of the work had been done by relatives of the former owner.). They informed us what it would take to fix the clog issue, as well as what would be involved if we wanted to fix the additional existing issues. We elected to get all the issues fixed, which was a two-day job. Kajik was willing to do it all in one day, but after he had spent about 10 hours working in our crawl space, we insisted that we could wait until the next day. He arrived promptly on time on Monday and kept me apprised of his progress throughout the day. After he left, I noticed a small leak under the sink, and he returned within 1/2 hour to investigate and fix it. (It turned out to be a connection my husband hadn't tightened properly. Kajik was polite and professional throughout.

Jamie was great! Had a coupon that was an amazing price and their regular price would have beat the other guys. Not to mention the last time I used a coupon with their comptroller they have a lot of attitude. None here and he was fast and courteous and use care not to damage any floors or walls. I would definitely recommend them!

They tried for 3 hours to snake it out using various tools, but were unable to get it lo go through. After all that, they wrote up an estimate to tear out the old drain, and put in the new. Because they were unable to complete the job originally scheduled, THERE WAS NO CHARGE! The employees, Chad Boldt and his assistant, remained friendly and professional throughout the time they were here. He called a senior member of his team, Eddie Fuller, who came out and wrote up the estimate to repair the drain. They did not pressure me to go ahead with the job before thinking it over & getting other estimates. All told, they were very pleasant to work with.
