It went poorly. They refused to come out that evening, but scheduled me for the next day (Saturday). Because my place is had to find, I gave specific instruction for the repair man to call me, of course he didn't, and he got lost. When he finally arrived, he complained of bad knees and having to walk 125 feet to my house. He was barely five feet tall, made a feeble attempt to move my fridge, a big stainless steel Kenmore Elite French Door model, said he might damage my floor, so refused to move it. I desperately implored, please try to move it, Sears Repair has moved it multiple times without damaging the floor. He acted as though I was a liar.. I even offered to sign a waiver to release his company of any liability if my floor was damaged, he flatly refused to work on the fridge and left. I wasted 24 precious hours waiting for my "emergency repair appointment," for a repairman who obviously didn't have the strength to move my fridge away from the wall. This company is a joke. .
