Dave was the only person I called who actually followed through with an in-person visit to measure, discuss, and process a quote. I had called three others. Two were too busy to stop by and requested an e-mail w/pictures & dimensions and one simply didn't show up or call. Dave and his crew arrived on time, he was available throughout the process to answer questions, was attentive and asked clarifying questions throughout, making certain I approved of his work. The job was completed in less time than originally quoted. We are extremely satisfied with Jacobs Earthworks and would promptly recommend their work.
