We were given a window of 3-5; by 4:45 we hadn't gotten a call - you know you usually get a call, i'll be early, i'll be late, i'll be there in 30 min- so i called the # and asked if they were still going to make it. they said something came up and the scheduled guy couldn't make it- but someone was on the way, he arrived around 5:30- by then I had been home and waiting for a few hours :)
He came and did the job within about 30 minutes, he couldn't replace it with an identical digital timer switch but we did just a standard switch- I was fine with that.
We were referred to them by the warranty company that provides a warranty for our house, we have to pay 75$ and the warranty covers the rest. It's kind of a high "co-pay" but at least the work was done properly and timely.
I would certainly use them again.

No drama. He came and did his job. All work done quickly and as expected.

Changed two ceiling light fixtures and added one dimmer switch.

|There was a charge ($25-50) (don"t really remember exactly) just to come to the house. Thought that was unusual.

Bill and Ahmed did a fantastic job! They were prompt, and clean workers. They worked well with our schedule and were respectful to our home. We had minor modifications and they handled them quickly and with no complaints.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking at residential work.

Hired Garner Electric to install recessed lighting in our kitchen. The electrician was professional and courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He installed 6 recessed can lights in our kitchen, along with removing an old ceiling fan that provided most light in the kitchen previously. He did an excellent job! Kitchen was spotless when he was done and the new lighting is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

It was excellent, he knew what was wrong before he even got here, he was quick and he was very nice, he came prepared with all the parts and tools and he was good to answer all of our questions. And he spoke English as well and that was very nice.
