Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. I needed a simple no-contact order served and Lynda emailed me over 20 times with pointless, condescending, inaccurate information. Total waste of an entire day. She actually called my case “nonsense”, defended the opposing party, and took advantage of this being the first and only time I’ve ever needed a service company. She then threatened me when I said I'd be leaving a review. Complete waste of money and time. I found another service company who got the job done right away.

"[Member Name Removed] emailed me an incomplete packet for service on a first-time restraining order. The King Co District Court provided her with a COMPLETE packet for service pursuant to court rules. [Member Name Removed] removed the Petition and emailed me, verbatim “We just spoke, thanks again for your help. This is everything the judge sent me today for the temporary no contact order. I am sure you know how this works better than I do so I am sending you everything I have.” I told her the packet was incomplete for service the Petition was missing. [Member Name Removed] proceeded to tell me “The judge told me yesterday that I need to serve her with the Temp. Protection Order and Hearing Notice. So, I am not sure why we need to include the Petition.” I provided her a link that explained the rules to follow otherwise the case is thrown out. Unfortunately, [Member Name Removed] just wanted to waste time arguing about clearly written court rules she did not want to follow. I told her I could affect service if she provided me with the complete set of documents by a certain time, she failed to do so. Despite her tardiness, as a courtesy I waived the rush fee. I made an attempt on the Defendant to discover she was not home. At this point [Member Name Removed] had a full-blown temper tantrum. She asked to cancel service, by now she had sent me 27 emails. I don't make money by sending emails. I did it out of necessity because she claimed to “not have any idea how the process worked and what was needed”. I invested a great amount of time trying to get the service completed however her uncooperativeness exacerbated that and made it to the point that even the $85 she paid me wasn't enough for all the time I invested trying to deal with her. Last, I would like this false, defaming, damaging report removed. I don't mind accurate reviews provided they are truthful, however that is not the case here. [Member Name Removed]’s disgruntled review is written with vindictive malicious ill will with a spiteful desire to cause damage to a 5 * business we have worked hard to achieve."

Lynda provides TOP-NOTCH services. I was going to hire a divorce attorney for a simple uncontested divorce. I was quoted $5,000, and since I didn't know better, I thought that was a good deal. A friend referred me to Lynda. She was straight forward from the beginning. She took her time explain to me how divorce works in Washington State. I was shocked when I found out that there is something call divorce by mail in 2 counties. Lynda took her time explained in detail all of my concerns. I have saved thousands of dollars. I would give her a seven stars rating if I had that option.

Erik S. - San Francisco, CA. Lynda was Excellent! She definitely knows what she is doing. We were trying to get an out of state DVRO served in Washington State to a very paranoid individual. Lynda got it done on the first attempt! She even took photos to make sure that every detail was covered and promptly sent all the correctly filled out paperwork to us by Email and US mail (Hard copy). Lynda was very friendly and professional. She responded in a timely manner and she quickly transitioned forms of communication so I could easily talk with her. She was very informative and helped me get my papers and payment to her, since I'm not in the area she is.
