I dealt with Crystal, Brock and James from Carbon River Doors. They were all excellent communicators and genuinely nice people. They were super professional from start to finish. We are so pleased with the results. I give them my highest recommendation. They were also priced very well, which is an added bonus.

My experience went extremely well. I was helped by James who was super friendly to me and my kids. He seemed to really know his stuff and was very informative. He fixed the rollers on my door, checked, and tuned up the rest of the unit. He even had a super friendly laid back dog who was happy just sitting in his truck. The experience really couldn't have gone any better.

Overall it went well. The installer seemed knowledgable about this line of work and assessing my current system. Almost right off the bat he wanted to sell me new springs. Which it probably needed because the door was very hard to raise by hand. The springs had been replaced before as he pointed out, probably not sprung properly. Nevertheless, he was on his phone most of the time talking to his wife/girlfriend (wasn't a co-worker obviously). Later in the install he and I were talking and he stated this was probably his last week with the company ( he only worked with CRD for a few months and wasn't happy). This is not what you want to hear when you are hiring a company to install a garage door system for you by a person who won't be there next week! This review is +1 month since install. Overall I'm very happy though. Lifetime warranty door opener (registered), super quiet, working great, install went smooth, no issues. Money well spent.

I sent in an email to request an appt. and the very next week Brock was at our house and was able to talk us through what was needed and why the door was not performing. Price was reasonable and in a couple hours the old door was as good as new! Very pleased. Brock and his pup Cleveland were both lovely.

He arrived on scheduled time, but still gave me the warning courtesy call. He brought his lovely brown lab dog, but did not let him out loose! This was very considerate and polite.
He performed the work, was confident and friendly. He did not have problems and did not share any personal issues with me. He did what he was hired to do, and left when he was done.
He also went next door and greased and lubed my elderly parents garage doors, and did a great job.
My doors did not work this well when they were new. He is my new garage door man. I hope he prospers.
