They replaced a broken window and did a very good and fast job. Prices were a bit high but worth it. We have ordered exterior patio doors (3) with one being special and I must give Dan four stars for all the help he gave us to fit into our budget, coming up with beautiful solutions. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival and installation.
We have had all the work done now and it is a good job but took forever.  They are very busy, being one of few companies doing this.  Many emergencies came up due to the fires etc around his area. They made up for the tardiness with a couple freeby's which were beautiful.  We still will continue to use them.  Love all the staff!

Not well. After the install I found that they had replaced my wipers incorrectly and they are different sizes. They began to take chunks out of the liner gasket. I went back. They fixed the gasket. Then a few months later I found rust marks starting above the windshield in odd shapes as if from a crimping tool. I went back in 2013 for another windshield after talking with my insurance. They did repair my vehicle and replace the windshield but broke clips and could not finish the job for almost 2 weeks. I had to drive with an incomplete job during that time. Plus, the gasket was all gouged and damaged once more. The owner did not talk with me or come out the day I went for the final fixes. He was conveniently absent. It did not feel good and I could tell they knew they had screwed up a second time. I will not go back to this glass repair shop as communication is severely lacking and could have gone a long way to correct the bad feelings over the poor installations.
