Stephanie was great on the phone in setting up the time and date of the work, and Aaron was on time and did a great job. We have a huge yard and my mower broke down, Wild Plum could have blown off a onetime job like this but they didn't. Thanks Wild Plum!!

Did'nt provide receipt for landfill dumping fees. I found that the method of billing this company uses seems irregular and confusing.

"Providing receipts is not something we practice. As industry standard and part of any project, we pass on the cost of dump fees and the man power to accomplish the task to the consumer. Overall, the project was completed quicker than quoted. Sometimes there are misunderstandings and we did have one with the billing that I was sure we had resolved. We strive to leave each and every client 100% happy with our services."

I found once the trimmers arrived that the work was good. Due to the winds and rescheduling more leaves had fallen and they took all of the leaves away with them. Both workers were polite and met most of my requests.

We had a tree cut down, stump removed and sod cut up and removed. They were on time and worked hard at it. No goofing off. Priced right and we will call them again.

Bret and his crew were professional, friendly, willing to take the time to discuss my landscape project, and hard working. They got right to it and worked hard to complete the project. Bret even surprised me with a new mailbox because mine was so old and decrepit. I would definitely hire Wild Plum Landscape Services again. I am already thinking that I need them back to work their magic one (or more) more time. Thanks for the great job. I get many compliments on my bark and rocks. It's very natural looking and involves no maintenance. Definitely fit my goal for yard maintenance.
