They inspected, sealed up access through the crawl space, and laid traps and put out bait stations. They caught a rodent in the crawl space, and we had no activity for several days or a week. Another rodent ended up in the house. the inspector thinks through the chimney. So we need to seal it up.

The person who came to do the work was awesome. He was able to show up early both times (but called and asked whether that would be okay before he did). He was really helpful about walking around the house with me and pointing out the openings where pests may be able to get into my crawl space, and was extremely friendly in all our interactions. The second time he came out (to check the traps in the crawl space), I ended up being in a phone meeting while he was here, and he was awesome about being willing to communicate with me with gestures the entire time he was here.
I've really enjoyed working with Eden, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pest control.

Had a humming noise in the kitchen area. We turned everything off and could still hear it. We thought we had bees in the ceiling. She came out and checked it and determined it wasn't a pest control problem and didn't charge anything for it. She was thorough and honest.

Double billing. I get a bill for a regular service, then when the service guy finishes, I get another bill. Don't be fooled. They double bill in spite of what they say.
