Worst service I have received. We bought a house that had a terrible animal urine odor and sought out a quote for new carpet. They suggested to just "change the pads since the carpet had a lot of life left in it". Despite his sexist remarks, we went with the recommendations. Not only did they not lay the pads correctly (you can feel gaps in the floor), they didn't even pull the carpet to the edges. WORST of all, the smell was worse. It was soaked through from the cleaner so it smelled like mildew, urine, and wet dog...for days. We asked repeatedly for him to fix the issue and there was always the "when I come back" excuse. I finally put all his equipment outside and was done. I'm not even going into his crew and all the fighting and swearing that went on in front of my 3yr old. And him trying to massage me... For that same price, we had another contractor pull it all up and lay pergo. Much happier and no smell. Worst experience we have ever had.
