The guy knew a lot and he was very knowledgeable about floors. He was a really nice guy. He was very anal about the floor which to an extent was nice. His son was helping him so there were no outside people working on it. They knew what they were doing and they cared about what they were doing. He said that if we ever had a question about the floor, we could call him so he was very helpful.
