I have had Cleaning Authority as my housecleaning service for over a year. My home is about 1000 square feet, and the team comes monthly. I have always received excellent service and thorough cleaning from this company. Once I left work early, not feeling well, and came home to find a team working away! They sure work hard. The gals were courteous and kind, and finished cleaning around me. I know that if I paid more so that they could clean longer, more would get done, but I find the amount of clean I get for $95 (plus $20 tip) is just fine. I always receive a reminder call the night before and have always been happy with the service.

The service was inconsistent at best and at worst they simply skipped over cleaning areas even when the area was listed on my detail clean list that they leave on our counter. For example, they came to clean on Friday Sept. 26th, our kitchen was on detail, this was to include hand wiping down all kitchen furniture, hand wiping fronts of cabinets, etc. none of this was done at all. Our kitchen sink was not even cleaned properly. They did at least clean the wood floor this time. Our master bath shower was not cleaned at all, and I am pretty sure they did not clean the floors in the master bath because you could see the rugs had not been picked up and shaken out. They did not dust bedrooms other than the master this time. This is not the first time we had trouble with the service, on a prior occasion I came home and they had not even swept the kitchen floor let alone mop it as they should. After receiving this service they at least refunded my fee for the week. After that they promised to send a specific person each time, and that happened once or twice. This service is fine for someone who simply wants a quick clean, and is ok not receving the service as promised on the detail list. On average they spent an hour in our home and usually sent 3 people, I can see how long they are here by looking at our alarm system log. In addition to doing a poor job on one occasion they left our front door unlocked after leaving, and this pas time they opened a window ina downstairs powder room and left it open, which i found after retunring home from work. The only thing they did well and consistently was vacuuming. I would not recommend this service because even after calling and complianing on 3 occassions the service did not improve for more than 1 week, nor did anyone ever follow up to be sure things were going well. I cancelled my service yesterday.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for over a year and have been consistently happy with their service. They always schedule two workers and our house is always completed in under an hour. The cleaners have always been on time, friendly and efficient and always bring all the tools and supplies they need.

They're excellent, I love them, I've had them for over a year now and they come once a month. I pay approximately $170 per service.

It went well. The girls that cleaned my house (there were always two) were very nice and reliable. I was never worried about my items or about theft. The company only uses green cleaners and I could always call with questions. One time something was not done right (due to one of the normal girls being gone) so I called company and they sent someone out the next day to finish the job.
