Description of Work: I hired this company to take over the bi-monthly cleaning of my home. They have a checklist and a rotating process to get all areas of the home, which I really liked. What I didn't like is that they didn't always do what was on the checklist they left. Several times I had to clean or re-clean my countertops myself. The last straw was when I picked up my bathroom rugs and observed that they had failed to mop my floor. I could still see the outline from my hairspray on the floor where the rug didn't cover. I decided if I couldn't trust them to do basic mopping and wiping of counters, I couldn't trust them for anything else, either.
