I have been using them for around 15 years. They are very honest and they are very good at communication, and they don't do anything unless they have permission from you. They keep record of your car's history by computer so they will know what repairs were made in the past.

From quoting to service completion, it all went very well. I appreciated the recommendation to replace the water pump as it was located beneath the timing belt and with 77,000 miles on the vehicle it would save considerable labor time, in the event of future pump failure. The shop offers shuttle service to and from the shop. Vehicle was ready as promised. All of the staff that i met was professional and personable. Excellent value for the price.

Terry's Automotive fit me in after a different mechanic let my car sit for 2 weeks and wouldn't answer the phone (or my questions). Terry's took my car in, gave a very thorough exam, and called me with estimates and recommendations before any work was started.  They were honest, let me know which repairs could wait, and completed the work in a timely manner.  They were friendly, had a nice atmosphere, and even let my kids take a look under a car on the lift when my daughter showed interest while we were picking up our vehicle.  I'd be happy to recommend them and to return for other car issues.

Everything they did was good.  That is the only place I go.

The service was good. The staff was friendly and informative. They were prompt. When they said it was going to be ready, it was ready.

Made it to Colorado just fine, no problems with the car. These guys are always helpful and get me in and out quickly. I usually have to wait for my car so they get it done asap. I have other family members who also use Terry's for their cars.

I was treated well. They did advise replacing the water pump while the had the front of the engine apart. I had heard this was a good idea and it did not add much to the cost so I authorized it. I did not feel they tried to sell me anything unnecessary.

I had the car towed to them and told them I was really in no hurry to get it back and they could take their time. Despite that, they had it all done in two days. They found a number of things on the safety inspection but did not pressure me to have any of them done. I would definitely use them again. I have left the price rating blank above because I really don't have any idea how that compares to the same service done elsewhere.

Dropped in as planned to have them install a part they had ordered. Was out in only 15 min. or so.

Many people seem to like this company. I felt they wanted to charge me too much for brakes. I might give them another chance some day in light of others' positive experiences.

They were really nice and they did a very good job. We would use them service in the future in fact we have another car and we took that car to them to be fixed.

The price was perfect. They did have to order a part to get the problem fixed and when I took the car back in they got me right in and everything was done in 15 minutes. It was very reasonable. They did not try to sell me anything else. They were genuine in every way and delivered on everything. They even had a comfortable waiting room!
