They came when they said they would and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The owner Hank was on site during the entire job to address any questions or concerns. They cleaned up the site well and the finished product looks great. Out of the three quotes I received, theirs was the most reasonable. I would hire this crew again.

It went very well. One day for tear off, One day for install. The crew were very professional and did a good clean up at the end of each day. They worked with us on the price, replaced plywood only where needed. I went online and looked up some of the materials they were using and all were very high class, built to last materials which is just the way I wanted it. We have been through a few downpours and heavy winds since the new roof was installed and not a shingle has moved with the gusts and no more leaks. We are very happy with their work and will recommend them to other people.

Sterling was recommended to me by a contractor friend and won out in the bidding process. Sterling was very competitive and very responsive from the beginning. I selected them because of their flexibility in accommodating possible extras (power roof vents) and the good feedback I received about their work. Once selected, they got started quickly and they stayed on our job until it was finished. They started each day early and worked late. The whole job took 4 days. There was an extra day involved because they found they had to replace all the perimeter soffit boards due to rot and mold. Sterling protected all the plants around the house and cleaned up every night. They also kept us informed about what they were doing and what to expect next. I had also decided to install power vents, but even though it would have been an "extra", the owner did some research and talked me out of it. This is an honest, hardworking company run by honest and caring people. Sterling did absolutely everything they said they would and more.
