Very well. The staff are great with animals. My dog is deaf and they go out of their way to communicate with her and she trusts them.

I had made a appointment for my dogs to be seen just for a general check up and to get a perscription for monthly heartworm preventative pills. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and when we met with the vet she was fantastic!. Highly recommened this veterinary hospital to anyone. I felt their prices for the pet check and pills were really reasonable too.

They are wonderful and I love them. They knew about our old one because they had to do four surgeries and nine teeth removals. They have been in this. We had a dog that had to be put to sleep and they were compassionate as I could have ever asked for. They crawled out into the back of our truck to do one, so that we didn't have to lift her out. They were just as good as I know that they could be. When things have gone south, our son is a vet and the doctor would take the call from my son. They will do the discussion and my son would explain to me what was going on. We have used them for the last eight years, ever since they opened up. They were close and I wanted to try them. I have been really satisfied with them. We have taken our cats and dogs there. They don't do cows and chickens. They have a branch that does horses. It is real busy and expanding. It is a popular place.

My cat had been "off" for some time, but as I held her that Friday morning I could tell she had lost a lot of weight and was very weak. I called the clinic about an appointment for that day, and was told they didn't have any with our favorite vet, Dr. Michelle. The receptionist put me on hold, checked with the Dr. and came back on to tell me that she would squeeze us in during the afternoon. She did, and the xray showed that Lily needed help. She called me to report and get permission to give her medication through and IV. Lily took a couple of days to respond, but I received updates daily. After 3 nights and 4 days she came home and is her old self again. Thank you Dr. Michelle!!!

They listen to you. They are very responsive. They care a lot about the animals. They are very sensitive and understanding. I can not say enough nice things about them.
