These guys are awesome! They know the business, they charge a fair price, they work with you, they are prompt, they are the people to go to for septic services. They worked with me to solve the problem at one of my homes better than I could have possibly hoped.

Can't say enough good about this man and his wife.   Good communication.  Another company charged us for a service call and said he had to take a trip to the east coast.

Was very honest and price was lower than I expected for the amount of work involved.  Would definitely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

Gene explained everything he was doing and what good functions of the various septic tank elements do and what things should look like. Said our situation was normal and looked good. He offered up suggestions on minimizing strain on the septic system (l.e., avoid peaking water usage during the weekend because it can strain the regulation and capacity of any normal septic system), and that if an alarm should ever go off, to silence it and immediately call because chances are that a pump was out. (Our pump is about 15 years old.) His advice was to have it checked again in another 6 months to 1 year depending on how many visitors we have staying over a period of time and water usage and probably best to have it pumped again in 2 years if heavy usage continues. (Our septic is rated for 3 occupants but we've had up to 7 for a month's visit so thus my concern about overloading or overwhelming the septic.) Gene is very personable, a good listener and takes the time to respond in a non-condescending fashion. I would definitely call and use them again.
