As a first-time homeowner, I have plenty to learn and am seeing firsthand how hard owning and maintaining a home is. Tom was kind beyond belief and from the moment I called him, panicked about an issue at my home, he provided reassurance and came to assess the very next morning. Tom explained what he saw, provided what I needed, and was both compassionate and lighthearted throughout. I am overwhelmed by the kindness and knowledge of Tom, and will never look further for help in my home.

Very well, he even called ahead and was able to arrive earlier than planned. Very personable young man. We had a couple of areas that had urine from our dogs. He couldn't guarantee removal completely, but he was able to do a great job on them.

They brought an ice blaster and used than if the whole house, removed all of the mold, and repaired the water damage.

It went great! The tile and grout look clean and so do the carpets. The guys arrived on time and were a joy to work with. They will be the company we use from now on for carpet and tile cleaning.

The two-man crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and friendly. They explained the process before starting, and cleaned our wall-to-wall carpet in about 1 hour. Tom showed up right on time and started the carpet cleaning right away. They did an excellent job on our 9 year old carpet in a quick and professional fashion. Tom even helped me break down a bunk bed and moved out of the house for me! I definitely recommend Servpro of Olympia!

We contacted Servpro via Angie's list. Karen called back approximately 15 minutes after sending the email. One of our preferred dates was available and we scheduled the appointment. Tom and Bryan arrived promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the appointment. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and the carpets looked great. They completed the job in an hour. A couple of days later Karen called to see if we were satisfied with the job. We would highly recommend Servpro of Olympia.

They Arrived on time, walked through and assessed each room to check for problem cleaning areas, pretreated an area in one room, and went to work They turned on a large machine inside the Van outside, ran the hose all the way in the furthest room and begin to clean each room until they worked their way out of the house. While one guy steam vacuumed, another guy went behind him with a carpet rake. The entire process was about an hour. They were in and out. The carpets were usable after a few hours but we just waited well past that. The carpet was sooo dirty and they were transformed in an hour.

This carpet cleaning went very well .  The cleaners  were prompt, friendly, happy to answer our questions, and gave us good information about the longevity of our carpets.
