They pulled the pump, checked the impeller, checked the overall system for operation, and determined that it was a piece of sludge or debris from a recent cleaning blocking the pump. They installed a pump block to keep the issue from happening again, and redid the pipe to fit the pump block. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.
