Excellent. George was here on time and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. He has previously done work for us before and he will be the one we call if needed in the future.

I talked to Don and he gave me an estimate, faxed it to me, and even answered many questions etc. He was extremely nice to deal with and he went over and above. He does excellent work and his price was very reasonable. I will call him for any work I need done in the future.

I called the company. Since they have a 800 number and no local telephone numbers, the operators called the local company. The repairman called and asked for my VIN number and photos of the car. I sent them via email that day. I was told that the repairmen would return my call. He did not. The next day, I called the 800 number and was told that the repairment would arrive. After two calls, I did not hear from the service. At that point, I cancelled the service.

They gave me a rough price estimate over the phone. They qualified that by saying that they'd have to come out and look at it. They were very nice people to deal with over the phone, very professional. Their price ranges seemed reasonable to me, and their time frame seemed great to me. They said they could have someone out in four or five hours. They were very, very prompt in what they could do. Having given them the particulars, they seemed confident in how long it would take and how long I'd have to use another car while they worked on my vehicle. They pretty much covered all the bases and answered all the questions. I knew the model of the paint since I had investigated it, and they had it. They were well-equipped. I've been thinking about it in the past couple weeks, and I would use them, it's just a financial concern. The fact that they can come to your door makes it an excellent service. I do intend to use them in the future.

tom was punctual very nice and extremely detail oriented. came to my home and we moved my truck to a cooler lplace for him to work[my idea]. he spent all day and the results are perfect. no one can tell that there was ever anything there. you can't even feel any difference when you run a cloth or your hand over the repaired area.am having him repair my daughters car for her birthday.

Excellent. I had obtained 6 quotes for the fender work on one car from body shops in area and knew scope of work as well as time. For all but one of the body shops it was a 2 day job, one quoted in early and out late in one day. The quotes ranged from $750 to $390, average $650. The company at $390 did not have a good BBB rating. SameDay was $450 for the fender work. SameDay completed the work on both cars in 3 1/2 hours in our driveway. The work is superb-no sign there were any dents or even repair work done. I would highly recommend Chris Kirk, the technician, and this company. It was easy to schedule appointment; Chris and his assistant arrived punctually and completed work in time and price estimated. Chris Kirk gave a preliminary estimate over the phone and the final price was within the estimated range.

On day of work, he called to let me know that he would be an hour or so later than planned. He began about 2:00pm and finished about 6:45pm. I tried to stay out of the way. Not only was the bodywork flawless, but his touchup of normal paint chips virtually invisible to spot afterwards. Check out their website. They're out of Olympia, but easy to book in the Seattle area. I'm having him fix a couple of gouges on my sister's new Subaru in the next two weeks. Several friends, having seen the result have asked for his phone number. I'm fussy, the work left me with a nearly 10 year old car that looks brand new. The work wasn't cheap, but very reasonable for the quality and convenience.

Wow, auto body repair that comes to you! Chris was a pleasure to work with from initial contact through completion of the work. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on my description of the damage and confirmed it as soon as he arrived. He was friendly and efficient, and the quality of work was excellent. Chris also offered helpful info on what to use to get rid of stubborn sap on the car and even removed a bunch of spots for me.
