RROC Exteriors

Like all homeowners I did my 3 quote diligence to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Interestingly enough, RROC was the only company that showed initiative to win my business. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live). I absolutely would recommend that you give RROC Exteriors a chance to show you what it really looks like to take care of clients!

RROC exteriors met and exceeded our expectations of what a company could do. Matt and his roofing crew completed a magnificent project. We have a beautiful roof with a 50yr warranty, which means we don't have to worry about the rain anymore. The crew worked hard and cleaned up our yard better than the way they found it. RROC were easy to contact, deal with and honest! Matt did not want to place a new roof on rotting wood and to be sure our new roof was going to have a strong foundation, he replaced them all. The bad thing about RROC is that they did such a great job, we won't ever need a new roof again, and the good thing about RROC is that they do windows and siding too! If we ever need those for our home, we know who we are going to hire 100%.

We had asked for the worst case scenario price for the roof and glad we did because that's what it ended up costing us but it could have been even higher except that the company stood behind their bid even when the cost of lumber, labor and disposal of old roofing material was more than they expected. Our roof presented some problems but they stuck to their bid! The work was done quickly--surprised us at how soon it was completed. Workers were for the most part non-English speaking but friendly and courteous and clean. As far as we know everything they said they were going to do to repair the roof was done. We are not roofing experts, nor did we verify that the work being done or material being used was what we had agreed to but we felt like the owner who met with us initially was honest and we trusted that we were being treated fairly and honestly. The area was cleaned before they left each night and cleaned after completing the job. Because they had to pull the old roof sheeting off, I went up into the attic afterwards and there was very minimal debris that was left behind--I had feared the worst but was pleasantly surprised. After I went up on the roof, there was one "soft" spot that I was concerned about. I called the owner and he came out a few days later to check on it. He said it was caused from the direction of the grain of wood on the sheeting and nothing to be worried about. I went back into the attic and could see nothing that looked like a flaw so once again, we have trusted that the owners explanation. He said that he would come back out in about 6 months to reinspect that spot. Happy about that offer! We have had some torrential rains since we got the new roof put on in September and so far--NO LEAKS which is a happy thing for me! Over-all, we were satisfied with the company, the work done and how we were treated.

James, Matt, and everybody at RROC Exteriors is wonderful to work with. these guys explained everything in details, and provided competitive rates for quality materials, and services. Matt and his crew went above and beyond, they even replaced the metal sheets around the chimney without any extra charges. the new roof looks amazing, and is warranted for 50 years. the crew cleaned around the parameters after the work was done. I am so pleased with everything they did. these guys are great, wonderful, experienced, and above all they operate with honesty, and integrity. I highly recommend this company.
