Rapid Roofing Washington

It was just really hard to get any roofing company because we had had a big storm and all the roofing companies were busy. They were hired by my insurance company, and I knew nothing about them. Every time someone came out to look at the roof or deal with the roof, they claimed that they were the owner. In the time that they did my roof, there were 3 different people that claimed to be the owners of the company. They left a bunch of stuff around in my house. About 6 months later, a guy came knocking on my door saying that he was the owner and that he wanted to pick those up. At that point I gave him the rest of the money that I owed. They still had some work that they were supposed to do - they were supposed to coat the torch down part of the roof to protect it from UV and things like that, and they hadn?t done that yet. They were going to do that when it was summer, and they never ever showed up. They didn?t finish the job although they made sure that they got their money. When I called, my calls were never returned and I never got to speak with anyone. It went on and on for months. In winter, when it rained, the roof leaked in more places than it had originally. One of the reasons was because they had not done what they said they were going to do. They were to put plywood on the roof underneath the roofing shingles, and they hadn?t. They didn?t seem to know what they were doing. I don?t even know if these guys had any experience. They were supposed to clean up when they left but they didn?t. They destroyed a lot of plants around the house. They didn?t clean up the nails and they were all over the place - several people got flat tires as a result.
