Pratt's Plumbing & Floors

In fact my mother in law had used Pratt's plumbing and I went over there she had an outside pipe break and that's how I met the Pratt's plumbing people somebody recommended them to her and so i went over and met the guy and gotten to talk to him and he did a great job fixing that so then when we needed a plumber I just called him.
They were very quick within ten minutes.
I know when he did at my mother's in law place they had to use some of that new piping the plastic pipe to fix it because it was on a interior wall they couldn't get to and they had all the tools for doing that and it was a very educational experience watching him do that and everything worked really good so.

They did a really great job.  The bathtub that the builder installed sprung a leak and the builder tried to fix it three times and it didn’t work.  Then Pratt came out and he got it fixed the first time, no problem and there has not been a problem since then and that was about a year and a half ago.  They were very responsive and on time.  It’s a family owned business and they were just very family oriented and I liked that.

They're wonderful.

Went really well; both men were very professional and prompt in regards to my concerns . . . which in my eyes were major emergencies. I highly recommend them.

Noticed water around the bottom of the toilet, Called them and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Stephen arrived on time and even called first to let me know he was on time. He came in and pulled the toilet and identified the problem. In and out in under two hours - with a 1yr. warrantee on the work.

They did an excellent job, couldn't have done better! I don't remember the price, but it was very reasonable.

They delivered all of the products to us from Lowe's. They brought everything inside and quickly unpacked them and began to install each item. They knew exactly what to do and did it quickly and professionally. From start to finish, we were very pleased.

In addition, they answered my numerous questions to my satisfaction. This family owned company goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right.
