They’re friendly, easy to work with, clean, courteous and have quality materials and decent craftsmanship. The crew in particular was fantastic! Doug was the cutting board crew chief, Elias was the craftsman installer and Kevin was the attention to detail willing to help assistant installer. Little things like putting a tarp for debris, dropping their work to help me out and repairing old crappy sheathing makes them a great team that represents their company well. Little annoyances like missing a 6” section of caulking or forgetting to pick up 2 nails in the yard can get some people angry, but honestly….out of a thousand nails they only miss 2! Let me see you do that! And the 6” area that wasn’t caulked? C’mon! Out of 2000+ lineal caulking feet they missed half foot? Again, the attention to detail from these guys was spot on! Doug! You and your crew can come work on my house anytime! We can even kick back and drink a Reed’s ginger brew again! Thanks guys, way to represent your company!

It went very well. We got a bid from a salesman who did a great job selling. You never really know, however, if the job will go as well as the salesman says it will. Well, IT DID. We were very pleased with the promptness of completion, the efficiency of the workers, the cleanliness of the site afterwards and the appearance of the finished product. We would definitely recommend them.

Salespeople and managers were excellent and very conscientious- followed up on every detail. Invoice came in exactly as estimated, no cost overruns. Materials and quality of workmanship was excellent. The work crew were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Only wrinkle was subcontractor, Mr. Electric, with whom I had a complicated experience and the electricity issue took a long time to resolve, but Polar Bear NW followed up till it was fixed.

They came when they said they would, they were very polite and friendly, they started right away and in hours were finished with no mess in my yard. The only draw back was when their sales man came out and got up to look at my roof when he came back in the house he had black on his shoes so perhaps they can provide him with the disposable slippers.

He was very thorough and took pictures at no charge, he did this for an hour. He also consulted his engineers on the work that was needed to be done. His bid seemed very reasonable and in line with everybody else. I would only caution that he did have to reschedule a couple times, which was frustrating, but he did come out and when he did, I was glad he did.
