Forrest provided a thorough explanation of the treatment, showed me what he planned to do to get rice of the mice, where the traps and baits were, and then gave me a comprehensive explanation of the spray treatment. When the mouse was killed on 2 nd day, response to replace trap was good.

The tech who came out was very professional & well spoken. He explained what he was going to do, & even swept away spider egg sacs & webs from exposed rafters. I have complete faith in them to take care of my issues. :)
