On The Level Plumbing

On The Level Plumbing was right on target! He told my grandson exactly where to dig a trench and we found the leak on one of the coldest days we've had this year. Shawn came back to our house later in the afternoon (after working all day somewhere else) and replaced our water line in the freezing rain. The bill is reasonable and we were even given a Senior Discount without requesting it. Freezing weather or not, Shawn gives service with a smile, and even removes his shoes when entering the house. Friendly, easy to work with, fast, and cleans up compeletly when finished. We love doing business with On The Level Plumbing.

Shawn responded quickly to our request for help after carpet install brought up concerns about water connections. He arrived on time and fixed each area in good order. Did a good job of cleaning some spots that revealed dirt when equipment was moved. Can't think of any other things to explain except that we will certainly call on him again if we need plumbing help. Excellent help and advice on quality replacement parts and very reasonable in cost.

Shawn Upton provided sources for selecting our kitchen and bathroom fixtures. He reviewed our site and gave us a price for the job, Very professional to deal with (as well as phone rep) and on-time performance in all regards. Price reasonable as quoted. They backed up their work and made two stops back when we had small fixes to touch up - - with grace and no charge. Last year when we called them for replace on our garbage disposal, he inquired about our use (we have a septic system) and suggested that our use really would be fine with a simple drain filter (and he did not sell us a new disposal ! ). All in all, our experiences with Shawn are top-flight and we could not recommend the firm more certainly.
