Excellent. He come when he said he would, and everything went exactly as he said it would.

There was some trouble shooting involved since it is an old unit but Martin was patient & professional.

He fixed our dryer for a little over $300, and it works great. He tested the parts, said he could only find one that was faulty, and he had the part the next day and came out early on a day he usually takes off to fix it. He is pleasant, and has given us some advice about maintaining some of our other appliances. I will never call another appliance repair service again as long as he is in business.

Martin was fantastic!  He gave me a specific time of arrival, not a broad window, and was quite punctual.  His rates were very reasonable and he cleaned up after himself.  He was friendly and explained everything in detail.  I will use his service again in the future and I would recommend him to all of my friends!

Martin Foshaug is your trustable old fashioned professional serviceman. He'd been here before in 2011 to fix my refrigerator that stopped being cold. He  replaced a part and got my fridge working great for about $85 total. So I called him when my washer was making loud horrible noises and wouldn't spin. He had advised it would cost more to fix it than it would be to replace
it.   We talked about different brands and he was helpful and informative. He charged me about $12 for a belt and put it in; it didn't fix it but it got me through the week when I'd be off work and could go get a new washer. Use this guy- he's s the real deal.

After calling two other providers (both wanted to schedule 10 days out), I called Martin on Monday morning and had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. He actually called 45 minutes before the appointment and said that he had finished other jobs and was available early.  He arrived within minutes and was friendly and professional.  He determined the problem very quickly (the lid switch was broken so the machine would not drain the water and was stuck in one setting) and broken down the machine, replaced the part and was done in an amazingly quick time.  He charged a flat service call fee and a part fee.  I will be happy to call him any time for my varied array of appliances.

Martin was great - responsive, prompt, very fair, professional. For instance, I offered to give him a deposit or pay for the part when he ordered it. He said that was not necessary, that he would never accept payment before the work was completed, and cautioned me from paying anyone even part of their fee until they'd come back and completed all the work. That's the kind of stand-up honest guy he is. I would use him again in a second and have absolutely no qualms about highly recommending him to anyone looking for appliance repair in the Olympia area.

I needed service on my 3 year old washing machine. He came they very next day and within 15 minutes my washer was fixed. Nice to see someone who understands customer service....Martin sure does!!

They were honest and gave us a good assessment. They are pretty reasonable. He figured out that the compressor was burned out and it was actually more cost effective to buy a new refrigerator. He did a reasonable job. He didn't try to talk us into a repair that wasn't necessary and I was happy with that. I was pretty happy with them. They were professional. The only issue was that it took them a little longer to come out.

When I called he answered the phone himself - he carries a business cell and makes his own appointments. He was out within a few days. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts while still at my home. Once the parts arrived he called to make an appt. to replace the parts. He was punctual and very pleasant.

Fantastic. Martin was on time, polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged water pump) and fixed it. Additionally, he pointed out weak areas that are unique to this washing machine model, and gave me tips on how to fix future problems that might arise because of them - even though that would cut into his future business. He further offered to provide free phone support and tips with problems that might come up with any of our other appliances, even on the weekends! Wow.
