Lighting Service
Recently one of the fixtures went bad and when I called, the representative took the time to try to troubleshoot the issue. I tried everything she suggested and it still didn't work, so they ordered a replacement transformer through the manufacturer though I was a couple of months past warranty. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and the transformer was indeed problematic. They were prompt in all their dealings with me and I appreciated it!

Olympia Lighting is the best lighting store I've ever dealt with. Very good selection, but it's the staff who make the difference. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice.
