my carpets were cleaned and stains were removed . The owner was extremely informative on how to avoid stains in the futures.

I called three carpet cleaning services and left messages. Mike was the only one who called me back. He answers calls promptly, shows up on time, and is very thorough and systematic in doing the job. He is courteous, and conscious, we were comfortable having him in our home. He quoted his price up front, didn't try to add more to it. He gave us written tips for letting it dry, and for keeping it clean. I'd say Mike did the best job we have ever had done in terms of carpet cleaning.

He is wonderful. He took a lot of time on it He took care of it. Anyone who comes says that my carpet looks new. He did a wonderful job. He is very personable. He really explains his process. It is a very healthy process and not trying to use too many chemicals; but also sanitized and made sure that the rug is clean and is taken care of. He spent a lot of time. I have had carpet cleaners doing the work in one hour. When I do it, it takes more than two hours; I don't have equipments to do it. Mike Dahl did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! I LOVE his service. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did an outstanding job!! I would definitely use him (2 person crew) again without hesitation. My carpet is approx. 8 yrs old and have been though 2 families of multiple kids and pets.
