I like them and they do a good job. They are extremely cordial and they do a great job. I have nothing negative to say about them. It would be nice if they cost less, but they need to make a living too. I'm not complaining about the price at all. I don't have any improvements I need them to make. I don't think they have an hourly rate per say. They come to look at the house and figure in all of their factors and I pay them $150.00.
