Lisa Lageschulte

Lisa is an amazing real estate agent. We first worked "opposite" her when buying our home in 2009. Then, after our prior agent left the area, we hired Lisa to sell my parent's home in 2011 and most recently bought two duplexes through her in April of 2013. She is prompt, knows the area inside out, seems to work nearly all hours of the day, and works tirelessly. She is on top of every detail of all the necessary paperwork and actions required in the process of negotiating proce and buying a home and starts working each step long before it is "due" so you can avoid some of the "last minute" things that happen when buying or selling a home. If something is not right for some reason, she finds a way to make it right. She is clear and prompt in her communications and willing to take the time to explain anything you might not understand about the process of buying and selling. She has a vast network of professionals and generously shared contacts for inspections, repairs (plumbers, electricians, etc.), management and more (and we were pleased with the work all the referrals did). Both of our experiences with Lisa as sellers and buyers of property were wonderful experiences and we will certainly hire her again when next we buy.
