Oh my, why didn't I do this years ago! Vicki is prompt, reliable, personable and loves the pups. They love her of course, as she provides yummy treats.

I felt so bad for the individual who came that afternoon to work on my lawn, but was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism. He was really nice! He did a thorough job, I was cleaning inside the house while he cleared the back yard and he did a second sweep to make sure he had caught it all. I was very pleased with the service. I reached out to Les Scoops via e-mail and all correspondence was done as such. I would say it's about a 48 hour turn around for e-mail, but that's fine for me as I am so difficult to get a hold of via telephone. I was able to have them over to do the initial clean up within 2 weeks of request for work. I will be contacting Les Scoops very soon to set up regular cleaning.

She is awesome. She is in time and if she cannot make it she either calls us or has a family member come and do my yard. She is a major god send right now as I had major shoulder surgery and cannot do my own yard now. She is wonderful with my new puppy. I would recommend her to anyone with pets.

No problems. Always timely, calls when they must switch days. Very kind to animals, respects my wishes regarding treat giving, etc. Informs of problems with feces (eg, diarrhea, worms).

I found Vicki over a year ago....she has been the BEST "contractor" find ever....she shows up every week on time, no matter what the weather is like. She is one of the most responsible and pet loving people I have ever met. Even my big black dog who takes a while to warm up to people loves her. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
