I talked to him over the phone with a list in hand, and he had to come back one more time to finish something he accidentally forgot. He was very conscientious. The manager came over first to oversee how the guy did and he did a really good. He was really thorough in cleaning up afterwards.
Description of Work: I have a two story house and the previous owners accidentally damaged the railings. They had to reset the handrails, which had been installed with molly screws. They had to repair the holes left by the screws, as well. They found the studs and screwed them into the railing. They also installed some closet doors where there was a sauna in the closet - they took everything out. They had to reinstall all the closet hardware. He installed a curtain that was the entire length of my room. They had moss removed from the roof, cleaned out the gutters and they also cleaned out the downspouts. They also installed towel rods in the downstairs bathroom.
