JONES SEPTIC

Both of the men were courteous and pleasant. They went right to work and did things right. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. This is the second time I have dealt with Jone Septic services. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were professional and courteous. They put in risers so that in three years I won’t have to have my yard dug up. I observed them positioning the riser tubes and making sure they were level and att had same height. They used concrete at the base of each tone to make sore they are water tight.

After delay of several hours due to emergency need elsewhere, work proceeded well, and finished quickly. Owner Andy was very responsive to answer questions when tank was pumped, and after comparing prices for DIY, I hired him back to install risers so the tank would not have to be dug out next time it needed pumping.

I've used Jones Septic in the past and will continue to use them. As before, Chris showed up exactly on time and got to work. The original appointment called for me to aid in the digging (to help reduce my cost) since he was working alone but he showed up with an apprentice helper. I gave them the measurements for locating the lids etc and they dug out the grass to access the tanks. As an example of how Chris works with the customer...To avoid the dig fee I could install risers. Chris said after digging down he could give me the measurements and while he pumped, cleaned and inspected I could run to the plumbing supply place, have the risers cut to length and he would install them. He told me it would be cheaper this way rather than him running down there, coming back etc. It didn't work for me to do it this time but I will the next. Jones Septic is just a great example of a solid up-front company with honest work for a fair price.

We have used him in the past and have always been pleased with the cost and professionalism. We have two chambers and some septic services would have gone ahead and pump both whether needed or not but tank 2 didn't need it so he only pumped the one saving us may $.
