We are a small business serving a wide variety of customers including property owners, builders, developers, realtors, banks, government agencies, and more. We primarily serve customers located in Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties of Washington state. We guide our customers through the permitting process and advocate for their project. We can recommend contractors for installation and site prep work. As a state-licensed designer, I must obtain continuing education credits to maintain a yearly renewable license. I stive to stay current with new technology, regulation changes, and methods. On-site evaluations are typically billed at $75 to $300 depending on time on site and whether the evaluation is verbal or written. Septic system designs range in cost from $800 to $1,500 depending on site characteristics, system complexity, and commute distance to the site.
