I called to hire Jeff to install a warranty part sent by the manufacturer for a hot water heater.  The call and repair went very smoothly.  Jeff was great.  The problem began after the work was done.  I was required by the manufacturer, to get reimbursed for the repair, to submit the invoice and a W9 from the licensed plumber.  Jeff didn't have an invoice or his tax id with him but still wanted paid.  I, against my better judgement, agreed to pay him.  He told me he would mail an invoice and include his tax id number.  I waited a week without receiving it and finally had to call him.  A few days later I received the invoice but no tax id number.  I have called three more times since November 12th without any response.  So basically his refusal to give me his tax id number has put me in the position of not being able to be reimbursed for the warranty work from the manufacturer.  I think this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone I know.

I HAVE USED JEFF'S PLUMBING MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. HIS SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE JEFF'S PLUMBING.
