+ -1 moreTHE DECK SPECIALISTS TORE UP THE OLD SURFACE, HAULED IT AWAY, REPLACED ROTTEN WOOD, INSTALLED NEW DRAINS, AND PUT A BRAND NEW SURFACE ON OUR UPPER DECK. THEY PATCHED PLACES THAT WERE LEAKING UNTIL THE WEATHER CLEARED ENOUGH TO DO THE INSTALLATION. THEY STOPPED IN TO CHECK THE PATCHES AND REPLACE WHEN NEEDED. THEY ARE STILL AWAITING OUR DECISION TO PUT A RAILING AROUND THE DECK.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAKING DECK/GARAGE ROOF. THE OLD SURFACE WAS SPANTEX AND WE WERE TOLD THAT DURADEK WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT MATERIAL.
