After the initial review of several contractors, Home Resource Company stood out as extraordinarily skilled for our renovation project, responsive, and dedicated to a providing a high quality and positive experience. Throughout the work, Bob Clark and HRC's skilled crew presented options when issues cropped up and worked within our budget. At all times, we felt HRC had our best interests at heart. They transformed a tired, problematic house into a swan, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.

Absolutely amazing company! From my first phone call to them to the very end they were just absolutely amazing to work with. We were remodeling a house we just bought with a renovation loan we had already fired one contractor who was a crook so we were really worried about dealing with another contractor but Bob and Dana and all of their crew were great to work with. We absolutely loved that they were local and everyone they used for carpeting, cabinets, etc. were all local businesses that were all great to work with. They did an amazing job on our renovation despite all the many complications of working with our renovation loan. They were great to call me everyday to let me know what was going on who was coming and what they would be doing. We have plans to use them in the future and tell everyone how great of a company they are and that they are the ones to call if you need anything done!

They were great. The owner is Robert Clark. They came in under budget with enhancements. We were most pleased. They started in December 2009 and the remodeling went through April 2010. It was pretty extensive work. They were very focused on the customer. He did the work under the time that he said they would do it on the contract. The work was fantastic. Unlike most contractors we didn't pay him until the work was done. There was a down payment and then at certain specific times when certain work was done we paid him for that work and then he moved on. It was actually pretty good because we were not left holding the bag and paying upfront. That is his normal process. We found that unusual in the construction world. He doesn't advertise and he goes strictly by word of mouth. He has a lot of confidence in his work and the work of his staff to be busy in this economy. H takes great care of his staff and hasn't ever had to lay anybody off in the history of his company. They are so good that they go beyond description. They do little and big things. We would go to him for any other work and wouldn't even get any other bids because we know the work would be good and he would stand behind it. His word is as good as his bond. His price seemed fair. He worked to get under budget and still get the things we wanted. He found some hardwood flooring that was half the price of what we had contracted from another store. He is a very ethical person and he wants people to return. He does a good job at a fair price.
