It did not go well! I hired him to remove a Quince from the front garden and clean up spent plants for winter. But he spent a lot of time removing dandilions from the lawn, and eding the walk. This was not needed, nor asked for! He took it upon himself to severly prune my maple tree at the front of the house. When I discovered what he had done, I was shocked. An arborist I had hired to shape the Maple did it 3 weeks ago and was waitin till the leaves fall to do more. Micheal talks a lot about what he thinks he knows but didn't listen to what I wanted done. He charged me $100, which I paid. It would have been fair price if he had left my Maple alone and done what I needed done.

"PLEASE READ-This client is not telling the truth here and its sad. I expect our elderly to set and example for the younger generation and be honest but in this case it didn't happen. When I came to her house for the appointment to give her a free estimate she walked me around with her cane and talked about what she would like done including pruning the Maple, cleaning up the front yard and edging the sidewalk as well as cleaning out the front plant bed. I recognized bad pruning on the Maple and gave a mini lesson in what to look far on that very Maple. It was about this time I smelled something burning. I asked her if she was cooking anything and left the stove on. 20 minutes had passed since I showed up. Early, I might add. She was cooking an egg and forgot it was on the stove. I rushed into the house and pulled the pan off the stove. I then apologized for going in her home (to stop a fire ). She thanked me and we finished our conversation. I felt for her because it was obvious she wasn't getting any help on her property so I gave her a discounted price. When I worked on her yard the first day I let her know I would be moving around the front yard doing various work on the things we spoke about and she said that would be fine. She interrupted my work with unrelated conversations and wasted time. While edging the driveway which hadn't been done in over a year. She claimed it was done last week and it wasn't. The overgrowth tells a story by the darkness of the driveway beneath it. The quince "removal" was sprung on me the second day. First day was 3.5 hours and the second day was 2 hours. She paid for 5 hours. She even said, "removing that Quince is worth the hundred by itself". I am not going to allow someone to be dishonest anymore and ruin my reputation with negative comments and a negative review. With all due respect. I studied/study Horticulture and maintained a GPA of 3.6/4.0 and was on the Presidents List most of the time in school and was even hired to work in the greenhouses.I am a professional."

In the very beginning he was awesome. He did everything we asked for and removed a tree that could of caused damage to the house in the future. Of course after he finished the removal life happened and both parties fell busy. We hired him back to add grass and make our lawn actually look like a lawn instead of a scene out of tremors. The beginning was rough, he couldn’t work on our yard due to weather. But when the weather was nice he barely worked on it at all. He hired a few assistants but none of them ever worked out. Michael became very unreliable and unprofessional so we decided to part ways. He then decided to return and finish the project due to how unreliable he was I already knew he wouldn’t. He claimed he would have the yard done in four days and again didn’t return.

Outstanding! They mowed through out the season on a two week basis and when it came time for the fall, they let me know of a fall cleanup package. They did a very thorough job and even trimmed the topiary pine in front! This was for a rental property and through out the year when they mowed they sent me pictures confirming the work and letting me know of any issues immediately. When I needed a quick mow they showed up same day! A great perk is they have the service of paying online so I don't have to worry about mailing a check. They are very professional and absolutely worth every penny.

Michael did a wonderful job of clearing out all the overgrown weeds and Ivy. He is a very hard worker. The temperatures were quite high every day. He kept plugging away. The job took longer than we both expected, but we are very happy with the results! He is very easy to work with, very friendly and professional. He knows alot about trees and plants. We will hire him again. Honest and fair.

Concrete had not been thoroughly cleaned in over a decade. Fast Lawns did an excellent job of cleaning; removed built up dirt and moss that had accumulated over the years. Was pleased with the job and hired them for maintaining our lawn for the rest of the summer.

Not only did Michael come out to give a free estimate on short notice, he and his team came back the same afternoon and did a phenomenal job pruning the trees and bushes around my new house. He is very professional and knowledgable about his craft. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

Michael and his team were there early and began their work immediately. They did so much for us. They were only supposed to do one side of our yard but they ended up doing the entire thing and it looks beautiful! It's like a hidden treasure was uncovered! Michael will be our maintenance specialist from now on. We're lucky we found him. His knowledge of plants is incredible. He found we had knotweed and called the city. The city was out there the next day to spray! It's peace of mind knowing you have someone reliable taking care of your property and that's priceless.
