I wasted my time and everything for several weeks trying to contact him. It was a good month and a half before I finally called and left a message, but he was out of the country. He used to come back and take my messages. He used to call me very late on a Sunday night, but I never knew that he was calling. I would like him not to get business because the business he gets is taken away from people who are honest, hardworking and diligent. He really was very poor. He never returned the paperwork he took from my insurance company so that he could talk with my adjuster on one of the jobs. He promised that he would bring it back that same evening he took. He said he was going up to the corner to Xerox, but he never even brought it back. He is also a real estate broker in the area. I would not do any business with him based on my experience. My insurance company had provided parts of the funds for the water damage work. They were even going to work with the evaluator. Dale is a licensed contractor. I didn?t get any quote from him and he never did any work. I got nothing from him except for some messages once in a while. He came out 3 times and it just seemed like he didn?t want to lose the job. He came out once or twice and brought the man he was going to subcontractor the work to. He also asked him some questions to see what he thought. However, it never went any further. I then left him messages regularly. The messages weren?t rude and I wanted to talk to him so that we could progress. He asked me if I wanted to proceed with him when he came out the second time. So I told him that I would like to, but I needed more information. He asked me all over again as to what I wanted in his last message that he left for me. He didn?t remember anything about me and he didn?t remember the job too. So that was the last call, but he made sure that I couldn?t reach him before he took off again. He played a good game and he talked really well. So he was good at that kind of stuff, but there was no good substance behind that. There was no follow through and he was not professional. He never came when he said he was going to. I always got other phone calls in between with different excuses from him. He acted in a certain way and talked in a certain way. He didn?t keep his word. He was also arrogant and condescending on top of it. He wasn?t respectful. I would absolutely not use his services again. I have told all my friends, family and business associates not to use him too.
