I can't think of a business I've been to recently where the sales/service staff have been so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
I called before going to the store. They confirmed the items were in stock and told me the price.
At the store, they quickly retrieved the items, installed the wiper blade assemblies for me, and - while doing the installation - explained a design difference in the old and new assemblies that confirmed something I had seen in the performance of the old blades. I then paid and was out the door less than 5 minutes after I got there.
I had a similar experience at the store a few months ago when I purchased a new car battery. I know some basics about cars, but not a lot. They never talked down to me. They were always polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
This is a great local business that I definitely appreciate.
