We had a special problem where we were filing an appeal property taxes for property that was valued 10 times more than it actually came out and Ed from Connor Appraisals, Inc went to all ends to investigate the issue. It was amazing the energy he put into it. He took a personal interest in it and prepared these wonderful reports. When we went to the board they said our appeal was one that they wished could be a model for everybody. Ed did the investigation that helped us prepare that. Also, his pricing is quite reasonable and we did use him again.
